Our kitchen is focused on using the highest quality regional, sustainable and seasonal produce, buying direct from fishers and farmers where possible. Enjoy hearty yet elegant dining, including pub classics like our famous chicken schnitzel and fries.
Our bar has 12 taps featuring a rotating list of craft beers, as well as a carefully curated wine list showcasing small producers, including some of Australia’s most progressive winemakers, with crowd pleasers to niche wines at almost every price point.
The kitchen is open every day from 12:00pm to 2:30pm then from 5pm to 9pm on weekdays, and open all day on Saturdays and Sundays.

Carinito Tacos is coming to The Lincoln for the Melbourne Food and Wine Festival 2026! This Michelin-recognised Mexico City taqueria dishes up tasty tacos with Southeast Asian flavours and they’ll be joined by Mexico City cocktail bar, Long Story Short. Fast, fun and muy delicioso. The croquettes were heavenly, the cured meats plate was spot on, the steak just melted in my mouth and the chicken schnitzel was crunchy and extremely satisfying. The service was really good too.
